Your truck can run either by hydro hook-up or by generator. All propane hook-ups are certified by a TSSA technician. This includes a suppression system, stainless steel hood system, and ventilation fans. We also install a large serving window and a small back window for further ventilation. Our counters are durable, with custom finishes and different styles available. You can also choose from ample cupboards, storage space, and shelving. We can install a 2 compartment sink with extra taps (as per Health Unit regulations). Under the sinks we install a hot water tank and 2 holding tanks – 1 for fresh water and 1 for waste water. Included is a soap dispenser and paper towel rack.
